Refund policy
We have a couple terms; but we can do returns as long as the below criteria are met:
All in stock parts are returnable within 10 business days of the date in which they are received by the customer, and are subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
It takes 1-2 days to process a return authorization and to provide you with a return label. The returned item(s) will be inspected before any refund is issued. If we find the item is not in a new or like new, re-sellable condition, the restocking fee may be increased, or, if the item cannot be resold, it will be sent back to the customer with no refund.
All parts on our site are available to order, but that does not mean that they are in stock. A majority of parts can / will be drop shipped. All parts can be ordered if they are in stock, or, special order unless otherwise specified. If you have questions on stock or lead times please email us at support@shopjimmyo.com before placing an order. The shipping options selected for your order are for shipping time only. They do not represent availability or speed up processing / production time if parts are special order.
Please allow 1-3 days for parts order processing before shipment if in stock, if it is not in stock we will contact you directly within those 1-3 days and or after we hear back from the manufacturer on when stock will be available.
All sales of SPECIAL ORDER parts are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE!
LINK Orders:
ALL LINK products are available to order through our site, BUT, that does not mean that they're readily available. LINK orders are fulfilled via LINK's warehouse here in the US after the order is placed. There is no way for us to show their inventory on our site. If you have a question on stock or how to build a full system, please email us at "scott.linton@deftcity.net". If an item is on backorder, It typically takes 7-10 business days to be fulfilled!
During any sales during the year, Black Friday and end of year orders have a higher likely hood of being on backorder for longer periods due to the order volume. All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received. Sale orders are final and are non-refundable, but please also keep in mind the extra shipping estimates during these times as they could range from the normal 7-10 days up to 3-4 weeks or more depending on shipping carriers. Backorder items have to come from New Zealand. LINK typically fulfills these quickly and they arrive fast as long as US customs is operating smoothly.
LINK refund/returns:
LINK products purchased from www.shopjimmyo.com MUST be returned within 14 days of the received date. No returns will be accepted past that time. We can provide you a return label from "scott.linton@deftcity.net" (the price of the label will be deducted from your refund) or you may provide your own!
Any products in which you return will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging and in pristine order and condition. The tamper-proof sticker must be intact. Returned goods must also be accompanied by documentation showing:
*Name and Address
* invoice number
*Reason for return
All of which are on your invoice supplied in your order (minus the reason for return. Please write that on the invoice)
In addition to meeting the above conditions, there will be a restocking fee on all accepted returns up to 35%! (depending on the type of product and condition after return acceptance by LINK) NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
ALL CUSTOMER REQUESTS FOR CANCELLING BACKORDER ITEMS WILL RESULT IN A 35% RESTOCKING FEE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
If the products are returned to LINK in a condition that does not meet their requirements, Link Engine Management LTD (and us, Deft City LLC) reserves the right to refuse acceptance/refuse refunds and/or charge a higher restocking fee.
